What happens if my credit card rejects a payment in the middle of a campaign?

The campaign will immediately end if your payment is blocked by your credit for any reason.  You will have up to 23 hours to submit a new credit card.

Simply login to your system and click on the campaign name with a RED backdrop from you home page. The information for a new card will be requested in a pop-up window.

The campaign will be immediately restarted after the card has been submitted.

In case you missed the 23h window, your campaign will be cancelled if it contains no impressions delivered or it will be considered as completed and you will need to create a new campaign.
