My creative was rejected. Why and what can I do?

The Publisher validates each ad individually to ensure that the criteria stipulated in the usage policy are met.

If your creative was not approved, you should have received a notification in the platform and an email giving you more details and how to adjust the messaging.

Note that your campaign is saved in your account so you can easily retrieve it, make the required changes then submit it again.

Important: your credit card will only be charged when the campaign is accepted and is delivering ad impressions.

For reference, here are some examples of categories that are usually rejected by publishers. Note that the exact list varies from a publisher to publisher.
