Why is my password not working anymore?

There are a few reasons why your password may not be working. It could be due to a security update, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period, it may have been suspended. If you suspect that your password is not working for any of these reasons, the best course of action is to reset your password. Here’s how you can change your password:

Option 1:
You can reset your password by clicking on the “I forgot my password” link on the login page. Simply enter the email address associated with your account, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Option 2:

  • Click on your name and select “My Account.”
  • Go to the “Reset Password” tab.
  • Enter your new password twice to confirm.
  • Click the “Reset your password” button to update your password.
